Magnet Shadow Boxes / Snow Globes

I saw the cutest, most colourful jingle bells at the Dollar Store and was determined to find a way to use them.  I finally ended up creating sweet little magnets for my fridge and dishwasher!

To create magnets like this, you will need the following supplies:

- magnetic metal spice tins
- epsom salts (for snow) or mini bells
- cardstock scraps
- vinyl scraps

I started by putting some styrofoam scraps in the spice tin, so it wouldn't be so deep.  A bunched up napkin also works.

Cut the cardstock to fit perfectly inside the tin.  I used double sided tape to keep it in place.  Pour in your bells or salt and place the lid on.

Cut "let it snow!" or "jingle all the way" with your vinyl cutting machine.  Stick the vinyl on the center of the lid, and use it to hold up some gorgeous art and photos on your fridge!

Here is the epsom salt "let it snow!" version:

Seriously, this was one of the quickest crafts I have ever made, and I ended up loving it more than I ever thought I would.  What else could I put inside one of these... Hmm...
