I created these super cute notepads and pencils for my daughters to give her friends on Valentine's Day. They were super easy to create too, if you want to make some for yourself!
I started by cutting a pile of loose leaf papers into 3"x5.5" pieces using a paper cutter. I used 10 pieces per notebook, which gave me 40 little pieces. I also cut cardstock to create the backing, and I cut it to 3.25"x7". I measured where to cut the hole (to make it easy, I picked a line on the paper and lined my hole punch up with the line).
I cut a piece of ribbon to string through the holes - I went down through the top and then looped around the back and stuck the ends out the sides.
Lastly, I took some cute chipboard monograms and embellished them with a rhinestone before sticking them onto the notepad with pop dots (any double sided adhesive or hot glue would work).
I'm packaging these with a pencil and a little tag that says "You've got the write stuff, Valentine!" Super cute, right?

love it
